CELSE APPLICATION WAS CREATED BY THE COMMAND OF MINISTER GÜL

This mobile application was prepared by the Department of Information Technology, by the command of the Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül and it was put at the service of lawyers to follow the hearings instantaneously. A program was developed by the Ministry staff especially for lawyers and the CELSE app was launched compatibly to the National Judicial Information System (NJIS).

THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FREE DOWNLOAD

CELSE app will be available for free download on the mobile phones with IOS and Android operating systems. Lawyers will be able to login with passwords they create via the Lawyer Portal in NJIS.

The lawyers will have access to the date and time information on daily, weekly and monthly basis for all the proceedings concerning their cases.

By the app, lawyers will be able to follow the courts' hearing information (information about which hearing will take place in which court). They will also have access to information about the time in which their hearings can begin. Thus, the lawyers will be able to attend the hearings in a timely manner, without delay by following-up the hearings instantly. "Hearing alarm" section will also be added to the app to be improved. By this section, lawyers will be informed of the daily hearing information.
