A protocol signed between the Prime Ministry Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities and the Ministry of Justice 20.02.2018
The Undersecretary of Ministry of Justice Mr Selahaddin Menteş and the President of the Prime Ministry Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Mr Mehmet Köse signed a PROTOCOL to enable judges/prosecutors, candidate judges and judiciary personnel to increase professional knowledge/vision, make research and attend to foreign language education abroad.

According to the signed Protocol, the Ministry of Justice and the YTB will cooperate to send judges and prosecutors, candidate judges and prosecutors as well as Ministry of Justice personnel to foreign education in related institutions in the countries we are in relation with, in order to enable them to participate in programs for making professional research, increasing their professional knowledge and visions, learning foreign languages, attending to postgraduate education and experience sharing programs.

Within the framework of reciprocity principle, cooperation will be made concerning the trainings to be given to foreign judges and prosecutors, candidate judges and prosecutors as well as the Ministry of Justice personnel who are sent by foreign Ministries of Justice and related institutions to our country in order to participate in the programs for making professional research, increasing their professional knowledge and visions, learning foreign languages, attending to postgraduate education and experience sharing programs. The number of persons to be sent to trainings within the year as well as the duration and subjects of the trainings will be determined jointly.

Within the scope of the Protocol, cooperation will be made with a large number of countries such as Qatar, Malaysia, Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, foreign language and professional trainings will be provided for the judicial community, and thus, it will contribute to the development of cooperation with these countries.
